Information We Collect

When you telephone we note what is needed to find the property and get back to you with a price: a name, a telephone number, the address, and whatever you describe about the roof.

At the visit we make our own record — measurements, notes on each slope, photographs of anything that affects the figures, and the written estimate that follows. Where work goes ahead we also keep the agreed scope, the materials ordered and the dates the crew was on site.

There is no contact form on this website, no newsletter, no booking tool and no account. Nothing here collects anything by itself, so what we hold is what you told us on the telephone or at the property.

How We Use Your Information

To reach the right property, carry out the visit, write and send the estimate, order materials against it, schedule the crew and answer questions about the job afterwards.

Measurements and photographs taken at the visit support the figures on your estimate and are kept so that a question about the job can still be answered next year.

We do not use any of it to advertise unrelated services and we do not sell it.

Cookies and Tracking

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, carries no advertising pixels and builds no profile of visitors. Your browser keeps its usual cache, which clears whenever you clear it.

How We Share Information

Suppliers receive quantities and a delivery address when materials are ordered. Where a permit is required, the relevant municipal office in Somerdale or the borough concerned receives what the application asks for.

We may disclose information where the law requires it or where it is necessary to bring or defend a legal claim. Beyond that nothing is passed on, rented or sold.

Data Security

Estimates, measurements, photographs and job records sit on password-protected devices and accounts, reachable only by the people working on your roof. No storage method is perfectly secure and we do not pretend otherwise, but the number of people with access is deliberately small.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask what we hold about your property, ask for a copy of the estimate and the photographs behind it, or ask us to delete the record once the work is finished. Telephone the number on this site and ask.

You may also decline to give us anything, though a roof cannot be measured without an address to go to.

Third-Party Links

Some pages link outward, usually to a manufacturer's own product literature or a municipal page about permits. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we do not control them.

Children's Privacy

This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children and nothing here is aimed at them.
