Our Services
We carry out residential roof replacement, roof repair, roof leak repair, storm and hail damage repair, roof inspections, siding and gutter and downspout work for properties in Somerdale, New Jersey and the boroughs around it.
We do not undertake commercial roofing, low-slope membrane systems, metal roofing, solar installation, window or door work. Where a job falls outside what we do, we say so rather than attempt it.
Use of the Website
These pages are published so that homeowners can understand how roofing work is priced and what each job involves. They describe general practice rather than your particular roof, and nothing here is a quotation.
You may read, print and share these pages. You may not republish them as your own.
Visits, Estimates and Prices
The first visit and the written estimate that follows it are provided at no charge and place you under no obligation.
An estimate records what was visible and measurable on the day and stays valid for thirty days from its date. Material prices move, and after that period the figures are re-checked rather than silently adjusted.
Where something is found only once a covering is lifted — a soft deck, a rotten fascia, an earlier repair hidden underneath — work stops, it is photographed, and the change is agreed with you at the rate already stated on the estimate before anything further is done.
No payment is due before materials are ordered against an agreed written estimate.
Permits
Where the borough requires a permit for the work, we apply for it and the fee appears as its own line on the estimate. Inspections required as a condition of that permit are arranged by us.
Intellectual Property
The text, photographs and layout of this website belong to us and may not be copied onto another site.
