Pipe boots and vent collars
The commonest leak on an asphalt roof by a distance. The rubber perishes well before the shingles do and the fix takes about an hour.
OSHA certified crews, and a written price before anything is owed · (856) 521-4133
Where the covering is sound, the repair is quoted as a fixed job, so the figure you agree is the figure on the invoice.

An hourly price gives whoever is doing the work an interest in it taking longer. A job price does not. The visit establishes what is wrong, the estimate says what putting it right costs, and that figure does not move unless something else is found, photographed and agreed first.

Step and counter flashing re-set or renewed, including the ones originally caulked into place and now failing exactly as caulk always does.
Worn metal reworked and the shingle cut lines re-laid so that water runs down the middle rather than under the cut.
Lifted or missing tabs replaced and sealed back down, ridge cap renewed where the wind has had it, and the windward rakes brought back down.
When the mat has gone brittle across whole slopes, when the granule loss is general rather than local, or when two layers are already up there, repairing is money spent twice. The estimate says so in plain words and puts the replacement figure beside it, so the comparison is yours to make.
A full tear-off and a rebuilt covering, with the tear-off, the decking allowance and every component on its own line of the estimate.
